To start, it's an engaging blend of multimedia, tech, performance and story telling. Students participate in real-time to answer polls, compete in games, infer deeper meaning, challenge norms, and experience excitement to grow themselves.
Kickoffs and lessons are a real show. Personal devices are important at these events to participate fully and get connected to a group(s). A single App hosts the stream so students can't easily exit the platform and won't want to lose their streak.
Over the course of one week, school groups explore a singular theme at different levels and methods with facilitators. Interest specific methods to share out are expected, with a culminating presentation held on the final day.

Once it's over, the system change actually continues, because it's only just starting! Your participants will continue to be supported through coaches and facilitators well after they are supporting others too.
